Powder Coating

To ensure optimal corrosion resistance and enhance powder adhesion, our metal parts undergo a meticulous pre-treatment process in highly equipped powder coating plant.

This process involves various steps that prepare the surface for coating. Firstly, the parts are pre-treated to remove any contaminants and achieve a clean surface. They then undergo a series of operations in our spray pre-treatment procedure, consisting of seven stage process.

Following the pre-treatment process, the metal parts are then coated with polyester powder. The coating is applied evenly, and the parts are subjected to controlled temperature curing in an oven. This process allows the powder to polymerize thoroughly, resulting in a durable and uniform finish.

This complex, well mastered exercise enables us to pass the 2000 hours salt spray test for the products to withstand atmospheric conditions. This is equivalent to over 60 days of continuous high corrosive attack and this performance is unmatched in the market that means our products can withstand any climatic condition and can be used anywhere in the world.
